At Pro Mobiles, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the terms related to refunds, returns, and cancellations for refurbished and used mobile devices.
1. Returns Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original accessories, packaging, and invoices must be included.
- Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for return.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products with customer-induced damage
- Items returned without original accessories or packaging
- Products returned after the allowed return period
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from Pro Mobiles.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per policy.
